Annabel Karmel

Annabel Karmel is the reference when it comes weaning tips and recipes. I have bought the Annbel Karmel’s new complete baby and toddlers meal planner and I would recommend to have this book close to the kitchen. I have been following her guidelines and I believe this is one of the reason why my little one is not fussy with food (well maybe it is too soon to tell :) ) and eat whatever I serve her.

Some of the recipes may sound really weird (like her cod with grated cheese, orange juice and crushed cornflakes) but worth a try!

Annabel Karmel has other books such as Top 100 Baby Purees: 100 Quick and Easy Meals for a Healthy and Happy Baby. But to be honest, I believe that with one book you will have enough purees to do.
